What this is all about

Preserve pristine rainforest

Save the Paradise is a nonprofit foundation legally based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and operating on the west coast of Ecuador. The foundation’s core purpose is to protect the endangered tropical rainforest in Mompiche from becoming an agricultural, industrial, or commercial property.

In a vital community

The long-term goal is to create a wildlife sanctuary legally protected by the constitution of Ecuador and working with like-minded organizations and communities.

Before it was too late

Save the Paradise is created by two animal and nature lovers. They moved to the rainforest of Mompiche escaping the buzzing city, longing for quietness and pureness. And that is when they became mesmerised with this unique landscape and realised that they had to do something to protect the existing biodiversity before it was too late.

I am passionate about animals and nature. Since living on the edge of the jungle in Mompiche, I feel more than ever that we, as human beings, are a guest in their habitat, and I will do everything to keep that balance in peace and harmony.
